Want to fly aboard one of our Warbirds? The Arizona Wing offers a rare and exciting opportunity to Take a Flight Back in Time and fly in a B-17 Flying Fortress, SNJ or (coming soon) B-25. Join us as we soar among the clouds in our B-17 Flying Fortress Sentimental Journey, SNJ or B-25. Hear the rumble and the roar of the engines, feel the wind in your face. Enter the time machine and imagine yourself part of a flight crew over 60 years ago. This a once in a lifetime chance to help support the aircraft as well as the unforgettable memory of the flight itself.

The CAF is not supported by any government funding and all donations, tours and ride revenues are used to support the aircraft and our facility. The Arizona Wing is dedicated to preserving this history for future generations.

Climb aboard the legendary B-17 bomber that became known as WWII’s Flying Fortress for a flight that will truly take you back in time. The price for this historic flight is only $425.00 per person ($600.00 for guaranteed nose section), minimum of five passengers need to be signed up per flight.

Since her restoration completed in May of 2009, and her historic flight took place, we have been working hard to make Maid in the Shade certified for revenue rides. We are very proud to now offer rides! Pricing per person is as follows:

Take a flight in the legendary trainer of WW II. Our aviators were taught how to fly in the same type of trainer. This is a true Warbird ride that will take you back 50 plus years. The price for this Warbird ride is only $275.00 per person.
